By installing and using LaunchMate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.
LaunchMate is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create and manage crowdfunding campaigns directly within their Shopify store. Merchants can set funding goals, track backer contributions, and fulfill orders through Shopify's existing infrastructure.
You must have an active Shopify store and comply with Shopify's own Terms of Service to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your crowdfunding campaigns comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
LaunchMate offers both free and paid plans. Paid features are billed through Shopify's billing system. Usage-based fees, if applicable, are calculated as a percentage of campaign revenue processed through the App. All charges will appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin.
The App collects and processes data necessary to operate the crowdfunding functionality, including shop information, campaign data, and order details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
You are solely responsible for the content of your crowdfunding campaigns, fulfillment of orders to backers, and compliance with consumer protection laws. LaunchMate does not guarantee the success of any campaign.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchMate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm other users or the integrity of the service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
